E.g. an area off Antarctica (lon -100), close to the rapidly-melting Pine Island Glacier (yes, scientists call it the P.I.G.), seems to wake up early just after the sunset line crosses over at 1z). The region gets more active in the early evening then goes back to sleep as dawn breaks around 13z.
